TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A Toledo mother of ten founded the “House of Chaos” gift giveaway four years ago in hopes of helping families struggling during the holiday’s.
For the 4th annual House of Chaos gift giveaway, Sabina Rodriguez told 13 Action News that they were prepared to provide for more than 1,000 kids this holiday season.
